HealthNow HMO
HealthNow's HMO plan is focused on wellness and preventive care. A member chooses a primary care physician (PCP) from HealthNow’s HMO provider network, who coordinates all of the member’s care. Non-emergency care must be received from a HealthNow HMO participating provider. Members pay low co-pays for in-network care, out-of-pocket expenses are minimal, and members have access to a wide array of health education and health management programs.
HealthNow HMO 299/299+
HealthNow New York offers direct pay plans for individuals and families without employer based coverage and who are not Medicaid or Medicare eligible.HealthNow POS
HealthNow's POS plans are similar to an HMO for care received in-network, yet offer freedom of choice by providing coverage for care received outside of the network and for specialist visits without a referral. Members receive a higher benefit level when they have their services coordinated by their primary care physicians (PCPs). Out-of-network care is covered like a traditional plan, with deductible and co-insurance.
HealthNow EPO
HealthNow EPO, our Exclusive Provider Organization plan, works for you by combining the freedom of traditional coverage with managed care benefits to help control costs. Members have direct access to an extensive network of participating doctors, hospitals and other providers with no referrals required.
HealthNow PPO
Our PPO plans are ideal for members who like the freedom of choice of traditional plans, but also want the lower out-of-pocket costs associated with managed care. Members see physicians of their choice with no referral. Members receive a higher benefit level when they have their services coordinated by their primary care physicians (PCPs). Out-of-network care is covered like a traditional plan, with deductible and co-insurance.
HealthNow Traditional & Comprehensive
The Comprehensive plan allows members to have the complete freedom and control over their healthcare. Members also have access to HealthNow’s largest provider and hospital network. When using participating providers there are no claims forms to file. There is also an out-of-pocket maximum built into the plan, which allows you to be protected against extensive medical costs.
Healthy NY
Healthy NY is a state-sponsored program designed to provide affordable health insurance for small businesses and their employees, as well as uninsured individuals and sole proprietors.
Medicare Supplemental Policies – Medigap Plans
